This website works for us - does yours?

If you are a small business then it’s important that your website works – it needs to attract the right kind of person with the right message, presented in the right way. It might sound simple, but if it were, I’m guessing you wouldn’t still be reading, you’d have already done it.

That’s where we come in – we understand how to build websites that draw people in and make them want to know more about you –if you’re reading this paragraph then that’s proof – we’ve not just caught your attention, but we have retained it too. 

It's not all about design...

At Multihost, we don’t focus on beautiful and flashy presentation, or on writing text that is designed to get you to the top of Google for some obscure search term.  Instead we understand who your target customer is, and we build sites that work for that person… the person most likely to want to buy from you.

Let me explain what I mean – and I’ll do that with this website as the example.

We built our company based on happy customers telling other people that they were delighted with what we achieved for them online, and referring us.  Web development is a competitive market and we can’t compete with the big players through advertising and SEO. Instead we rely on word of mouth, and that works well for us.

However when someone tells a friend that their website was built with Multihost, even if they give that friend our phone number or email address, we believe over 80% of those people will check us out online before they contact us. This makes sense – we all do it -  in fact it goes further than that. No matter what I am thinking about buying, I’ll always look online first, to find out more about the product, or the person offering it.

but it is about credibility.

So the role of THIS website, is to provide credibility. We need it to demonstrate to you, the potential customer, that we know what we’re talking about, that we’re honest, trustworthy, and reliable. We need you to be comfortable that we’re an affordable option, and that it’s worth the effort of taking the next step of emailing or phoning us, to talk about your needs.

We thought long and hard about how we might do that, and came up with this page, and again if you’re still reading then you are hopefully interested, and we’ve demonstrated that we know what we’re doing!
